We took our family to look at Christmas lights with Blacked Out Transportation and had an amazing experience! The inside of the bus was decorated for Christmas, which was an unexpected surprise! The driver was very professional and accommodating. We’d absolutely use their party bus again!
We booked this party bus for a family Christmas light tour, and it exceeded every expectation! From start to finish, the entire experience was absolutely wonderful. The booking process was incredibly straightforward and everything was handled online with competitive rates that offered what I would consider a great value. Another thing that really made this experience exceptional was our driver. He was kind, respectful, and genuinely considerate of our needs. He worked seamlessly with our planned route and was flexible when we wanted to make adjustments along the way (bathroom breaks, etc.). The bus itself was beautifully decorated and festive, creating the perfect holiday atmosphere. We loved being able to Bluetooth our own Christmas playlist, and we were delighted when the driver surprised us with jingle bell necklaces for everyone because you should always remain a kid at Christmas time! They also had a large cooler (with ice) on board for us and they even stocked it with water! This company clearly cares about creating memorable experiences. We're already planning our next booking with them, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Whether you're planning a holiday tour or any other celebration, you won't be disappointed!
